Every simulated filament comes with a number of output files:



Actual_displacement.txt (Describes the input displacement of the filament tip along its growth axis)

Columns: Time (s), Tip displacement (nm)



Filament_parameters.txt (Describes the initial parameters that were used to generate the filament from the model function)

Rows:	Amplitude
	x0 (pixels)
	y0 (pixels)
	Angle theta (radians)
	Sigma (pixels)
	Background offset



Fit_parameters.txt (Lists the fitted filament parameters for each simulated noisy image)

Columns: Amplitude, x0 (pixels), y0 (pixels), Angle theta (radians), Sigma (pixels), Background offset



Tip_displacement.txt (Lists the detected tip displacement along its growth axis after fitting the noisy images)

Columns: Time (s), Tip displacement (nm)



Tip_XY.txt (x- and y- coordinates of the fitted 2D trajectory of the filament tip)

Columns: x-position (nm), y-position (nm)



Tip_XY_along_axis.txt (x- and y- coordinates of the fitted 2D trajectory of the filament tip, when the growth axis is turned onto the x-axis)

Columns: x-position (nm), y-position (nm)
